Only top quality slow release fertilizers are used

1. Early spring pre-emergent and fertilization.

2. Spring post-emergent.

3. Early summer fertilization of turf, trees and shrubbery.

4. Fall fertilization of turf, trees and shrubbery.

5. Winter fertilization and fertilization of rye grass.

PESTICIDEDS AND DISEASE CONTROL - We can  provide treatments for foliage as needed.  Foreman and supervisors will monitor on a weekly basis any disease or insect infestation.  However, we are only on the property once a week.  Should the home owner see a problem, they should notify Impressive Lawn immediately so that proper chemicals can be applied with Owner's approval.  Impressive Lawn is not responsible for damage to plant material from vermin or animals.

HERBICIDES - Herbicides will be applied as needed  to ensure proper weed control.
