MOWING AND EDGING - All lawn areas, walks and curbs within the Property will be machine mowed and edged. Turf will be mowed at the recommended height according to type and the season. All walks and curb areas will be machine blown to remove grass clippings. All lawn areas will be raked to remove any excess clippings accumulated after each mowing.
WEEDEATTING - Grass around trees, fences and the perimeters of buildings will be trimmed using monofilament machine trimmers.
BED MAINTENANCE - Beds are maintained during the growing season using a pre-emergent and post emergent and hand pulling to provide a weed-free appearance. We will also rake the beds to remove any debris.
SHRUB AND GROUND COVER TRIMMING - Shrubs, hedges and groundcovers are trimmed as needed. Impressive Lawn strives to allow the shrubbery to remain as natural looking as it can be. However, we can shear or ball shrubbery as requested.
LEAF RAKING - Surface accumulation of leaves and twigs will be raked and removed for disposal in the fall and winter months. The months for leaf raking are November, December and January
